Max is an experienced and dedicated personal trainer with over 15 years of coaching strength, endurance, and sports-specific movement. Having been involved in athletics since an early age, Max has been an Olympic Reserve swimmer, an elite obstacle race finisher, and a fight sequence stunt performer in several MMA films. Having a high regard for human anatomy, physiology and exercise science, Max strongly believes that movement is medicine and takes pride in creating effective, evidence-based, and challenging workout routines for his clients. Having recently decided to further upgrade his competence, Max went back to university and completed his Kinesiology degree with the eventual goal of studying Athletic Therapy.
Specializing in injury management, corrective exercise, weight loss, pre/post rehab strengthening, athletic conditioning and muscle building, Max will create a personalized approach that will produce results, all the while having fun and building great rapport along the way.

Hey! My name is Bianca. I am a quintuple certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with specializations in weight loss, strength and condition, bodybuilding, HIIT and corrective exercise. I am currently a full time 4th year Kinesiology student at the University of Guelph-Humber and, a graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotions programs with future plans to earn a naturopathic doctorate post bachelors.
My passion for fitness began 10 years ago when I took the necessary steps towards my own weight loss journey. A decade later and 87lbs lighter, it’s safe to say the gym is my second home.
I am a firm believer in redefining health and wellness by combining an individuals natural abilities with hard work and discipline to sustain realistic fitness goals. One of my favourite quotes that defines the pivotal points in my journey and affirms my lifestyle reads “I attribute my success to this: I never gave or took any excuse”.

Sonya’s fitness journey started years ago when she was just a young teenager. Falling in love with mixed martial arts she discovered strength training gave her a considerable advantage over her classmates that chose not to lift. This sparked an interest in resistance training and writing programs for herself and her friends. She quickly found out that she had a talent for fixing people’s deficiencies and tailoring programs to maximize personal performance. Being displaced by the war in Ukraine she came to Canada and brought her love of fitness with her. Working at Conquer fitness for over a year now she has helped several clients reach their goals and get started on their own fitness journey.
