Travis Russel

Growing up, Travis played a lot of contact and physically demanding sports. He learned the importance of strength training and being physically ready for competition at a very early age. After high school, that interest turned into a passion for power lifting and strength training. Focusing solely on strength and power lifting exercises and improper nutrition, he soon realized that there was an imbalance in his body leading to fat gain and weight issues. At one point, he weighed 300 pounds and did not like what he saw in the mirror. This changed his decision on how he was training and decided it was time to incorporate cardiovascular exercises and proper nutrition into his routine.

Daniel Livingston

I have been changing lives for two and a half years now. My obsession with health and fitness began 4 years ago at my peak of being unhealthy. From a young age, I suffered from ulcerative colitis. Throughout elementary and high school, I competed in baseball, basketball, football and rugby. It became difficult to perform in the sports I enjoyed because of my illness. During high school, I was hospitalized 3 times and my weight dipped below 110lbs at one point! In the beginning of college, I made the decision to change my life and begin my fitness journey. Fitness quickly became an obsession. I wanted to acquire as much information as possible about health and fitness. I became a stronger version of myself, mentally and physically. I haven’t been back in a hospital bed since 2013 and doctors say there is no trace of my illness! Proper nutrition and physical activity has been a pillar of my life for the past 4 years and I haven’t looked back, Fitness has changed my life and my goal is to inspire the same positive change in everyone I work with!

Jacquie Witkin

Jacquie is a registered kinesiologist who views health and wellness through a holistic lens. She has a thorough understanding of personalized exercise prescription, cardiovascular health, injury rehabilitation, and challenging your athleticism. She is not afraid to help you push your limits and realize your potential. Jacquie has a degree in kinesiology from Western University where she developed a strong interest in rehabilitative, strength, and functional exercise, as well as physical activity for special populations. Jacquie knows that health and wellness are not just concepts that exist within the walls of the gym. She can help you create habits and develop the knowledge to lead the active, healthy and productive lifestyle you aspire to have. Jacquie is ready to empower you and work together to reach…then exceed your goals. Let’s get started!

Phil Ngo

Since the age of ten, I have been immersed in the world of martial arts. As a result of high level combative competition, the need to be stronger and faster than all fueled my thirst of knowledge on the gym floor. Through the disciplines of Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai and with the hard hitting intensity of circuit training mixed with Cross-Fit, I will get you into the best shape of your life.

Hello everyone! My passion is to help people change their lives in the most simple and realistic way possible. I graduated with a bachelor of honors in kinesiology and an advanced diploma in fitness and lifestyle management. I am a kinesiologist and personal trainer who helps people build strength, improve mobility and overcome injury. Having been in the fitness and health field for over 10 years, I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

Getting fit and healthy does not have to be difficult but it sometimes is. There is a lot of conflicting and contradictory information out there, which can be very frustrating and confusing to know what to do but with the right guidance, you can achieve it.
