A trainer with ten plus years of experience. Travis does it all as he is extremely diverse in his skill set. From young athletes trying to get to the next level or clients seeking to tone, shed some excess body fat and shape their bodies. Travis also has an exceptional knowledge of strength training, powerlifting, core building, posture correction and overall bodybuilding.
As a certified nutritionist, Travis includes nutrition coaching in all his training packages at no extra cost. Travis has been helping people in the high park community reach their fitness goals for 10+ years.

Hello everyone! My passion is to help people change their lives in the most simple and realistic way possible. I graduated with a bachelor of honors in kinesiology and an advanced diploma in fitness and lifestyle management. I am a kinesiologist and personal trainer who helps people build strength, improve mobility and overcome injury. Having been in the fitness and health field for over 10 years, I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
Getting fit and healthy does not have to be difficult but it sometimes is. There is a lot of conflicting and contradictory information out there, which can be very frustrating and confusing to know what to do but with the right guidance, you can achieve it.

Monday – Thursday : 6:00am – 10:00pm
Friday : 6:30am – 8:30pm
Saturday : 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday : 8:00am – 4:00pm
