We’ve got a roster of different classes to suit any fitness style from yoga to weightlifting to Zumba, there’s something for everyone.
All-levels Yoga and Movement (Sundays, 9:30-10:30 a.m.): Suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities, this class is an ongoing, open exploration of posture, movement and breath, designed to help support you in the activities you enjoy when you’re off the mat. Each session offers something different, with plenty of suggested modifications depending on where you are in your practice. Play with yoga asana, developmental and primal movement, rebounding and dance. Discover and unlock your potential!
Power Yoga (Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m.): This intermediate level class is rooted in developing the sustainable “slow strength” needed to access some of yoga’s more challenging practices. Each class starts with a mixed series of exercises for the pelvis, abdomen, spine, feet, shoulders and wrists, setting a solid foundation for standing balance postures, arm balances and various complex movements. Gain confidence in your efforts while improving your strength, mobility, endurance, balance and stability.
Yoga Unwind (Fridays, 6-7 p.m., starting April 22): Decompression and restoring internal balance is the name of the game in this moderately paced, all-levels class. Make the time to get into your body and ease yourself out of the week’s tensions. Each session explores gentle and effective mobilizations targeting areas affected by days spent at devices and desks, harmonized with breathwork and meditative awareness to help improve mindfulness and reduce anxiety. Suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.
