At Conquer Kids, we offer a variety of sports and fitness classes for children aged 5-9 and 10 – 13 years old. Our classes include Boxing, BJJ (No GI), Tae Kwon Do, and F45 Prodigy. We are committed to helping children develop their physical abilities and reach their full potential.

At Conquer Kids, we want to provide the most flexible plans depending on your child’s exercise needs. Some children will use Conquer Kids full time, while others are already involved in activities and will supplement their already busy schedule with a few classes per week. Either way, we have the membership that will be best suited for you.
Not every skill comes naturally. While there isn’t necessarily a wrong way to incorporate exercise into your sport, repeating the same workout each day may limit athletic potential. It is of course necessary for an athlete to train specifically for their sport if they want to excel, however F45 Prodigy Cross-Training is a beneficial way to achieve and maintain a higher level of overall fitness and offers more health benefits than sticking to the same constant routine.
